Corporate and Project Advisory includes relationships with corporate and institutional entities, as well as with individual clients in Lebanon and across the Arab world. In partnership with clients, advisory professionals analyze and implement strategic alternatives including mergers, acquisitions and changes in capital structure.
Throughout its history, AFC has underwritten, managed and participated in more than 130 international equity and debt issues.
The offerings included sovereign debt instruments and international corporate securities from a wide range of issuers and introduced innovative structures to the Middle East.
The recent focus of the Investment Banking and Advisory department has been on the Levant area, mainly in the industrial, real estate and tourism sectors. Projects took the form of restructurings, private placements and public offerings. |
